  • Why is my credit card getting declined?
    If there isn't any specific reason that you're aware of for why your credit card would be declined, it should be noted that due to the extreme amount of fraudulent orders we've received, in order for your credit card to be accepted, the billing address on the credit card must be the same as the shipping address.
  • What is your return policy?

  • How long does shipping take?
    Shipping times vary by location. We ship all of our products using FedEx priority mail.
  • Can I see the status of my item?
    Yes. After you place your order, you will get an email with a link where you can check back on your order. Whenever your item ships you will get another email that includes a tracking number.
